Born in Tehran, Iran, Farnaz began her architectural education at the University of Tehran and gained early experience at a consulting engineering firm before relocating to the United States. She earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin in 2019.

Farnaz is proud to be part of Cuppett Kilpatrick Architects, where she helps design homes that blend thoughtful planning with creativity. She is a licensed architect in Texas, with prior experience spanning high-end residential and commercial projects.

Outside of architecture, Farnaz’s interests include modern Iranian history, psychology, behavioral economics, and of course, retirement plans!
